If you are a PhD or Masters by Research student please make your request directly to graduate.studiescork@mtu.ie

Please allow at least 5 days to request your letter. We cannot guarantee your letter outside this time and you may miss your appointment if you leave it too late.

Please only request your letter within 1 week of your appointment

Please have your appointment with immigration before requesting letters for IRP/Graduate 1G as letters must be dated within 1 week of your appointment. Letters cannot be predated.
