Make an Application

We will be open for applications for September 2022/23 from November 1.

 

Undergraduate programmes

 

1. Check you meet minimum entry requirements

2. Check you meet English language requirements. You can still make an application without your English proficiency cert but you would have to submit one if you are made an offer.

3. Download and fill out the application form and gather your documents

  • Photo page of passport
  • School Leaving Examination Certificate/High School Certificate. Include forecast results if you have not finished your studies.
  • English lanugage proficiency certificate (if applicable)
  • CV/Resume. Include relevant technical certifcates if mentioned, for example, C++, Java
  • Statement of purpose. C.500 words on why you wish to do the course and why you would be a suitable candidate

4. Merge your application documents together into 1 Pdf document and email to noneu.applicationscork@mtu.ie

 

Postgraduate programmes

 

1. Check you meet minimum entry requirements

2. Check you meet English language requirements. You can still make an application without your English proficiency cert but you would have to submit one if you are made an offer.

3. Download and fill out the application form and gather your documents

  • Photo page of passport
  • Full Academic Transcripts (consolidated not accepted) + Final Degree Certificate + Institute marking scheme. Include transcripts received if you have not finished your studies.
  • English lanugage proficiency certificate (if applicable)
  • CV/Resume. Include relevant technical certifcates if mentioned, for example, C++, Java
  • Statement of purpose. C.500 words on why you wish to do the course and why you would be a suitable candidate.

4. Merge your application documents together into 1 Pdf document and email to: noneu.applicationscork@mtu.ie

 

What happens once I've submitted my application?

 

We have a 3 week processing period. Please do not contact us in that time.

You may be required to submit other documentation, for example, portfolio for art programmes.

Incomplete or broken applications will not be accepted and will delay your assessment.

You will be contacted by email with an offer or refusal.
